DW7020 lab Drawing Frame is applicable for drafting fibers of bending cotton sliver to be straight and improve the degree of uniformity of cotton sliver through combining. It’s the ideal system for teaching, researching, etc.

4.1Installation Direction and Space
In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine and the safety of users, we must give enough space around the machine.
4.2Installation Environment
4.2.1No drips, steam and oily dust.
4.2.2 No corrosion, flammable gas and liquid.
4.2.3 Solid and no vibration.
4.2.4 No electromagnetism and noise.
4.3Electrical Wiring
4.3.1Location of major electrical appliances and switches
4.3.2 In order to ensure safety, once the wiring specifications is selected, please follow the electrical wiring regulations to implement.
4.3.3 Three-phase AC input power must be connected with the air switch L1, L3, L5.
4.3.4Three-phase input power has no distinguish between phase sequence which can be used to connected arbitrarily.
4.3.5 The grounding line of the machine can not be grounded together with other high current loads. Grounding impedance below 100Ω or use the same diameter of wiring with the main circuit terminals L1, L3, L5.
4.3.6 Determine the power voltage and the maximum current.
4.3.7 AC power must not be connected to the terminals U, V, W of the AC motor drive.
4.3.8Before running, please shut the door of the head of the machine.
4.4Operation
1.The power supply to the machine is required to be AC220V 50Hz , please connect the machine to the right power supply, otherwise, it will be harmful to the machine;
2.Switch on the main switch and then the touch panel will light and show the screen protection.
3. Click at anywhere of the screen to enter the main interface;
5.1Daily Cleaning and Maintenance
After each stopping, we must remove the waste sliver, winding wool and fly waste to ensure the machine well-equipped when shifts. Once find the equipment is in unusual conditions (noise, odor, flash, fracture, etc.), we must stop it in time and let experienced maintenance personnel to solve problems.
5.2Regular Maintenance
One month after the initial installed, we should check all operating parts, adjust the belt tension, check the roller bearings and fasten screws. Each half a year later , we must check roller bearings, replace spindles and other lubricants ,adjust the belt tension and change worn components.
Requirements: switch power supply, cut off the preamp power and hang repair notices (power, equipment).
