TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
(LABORATORY EQUIPMENT)
PURPOSE
The main purpose of these specifications is the purchase of equipment for textile, leather and footwear analysis
laboratories.The equipment requested must meet the technical specifications. Any tender that does not comply with the articles of these technical specifications and with the characteristics indicated in the technical data sheet will be rejected.
TICLE 1: TECHNICAL EVALUATION
The technical offer of each tenderer must contain :
1) These technical specifications and the technical specifications sheet (Administration Issue) for the equipment requested signed and sealed on each page.
2) The technical document for each piece of equipment proposed.
3)he certificate of conformity of each device to the standards in force.
4) A written commitment to the training and technical assistance of two technicians (§5) for the maintenance, servicing and repair of the equipment requested.
ARTICLE 3: ACCEPTANCE
The inspection of the equipment at provisional acceptance is carried out as follows:
1) Visual inspection of the equipment for any breaks, scratches and anomalies that may have occurred during transport.
2) Checking the accessories and documents that must be supplied with the equipment.
3) Verification of equipment conformity certificates and warranty certificates supplied by the manufacturer.
4) Equipment must be delivered in its original packaging.
3.2- Final acceptance:
Final acceptance of the laboratory equipment will only take place after installation, start-up and calibration of each piece of equipment. The final acceptance report must be attached to and refer to the installation and start-up report.
