Summary
Automatic Rapier Sampling Machine is comprised of control part(computerized control platform) and mechanical part (loom).
Control part is controlled by PLC and working frequency controller, key parts of mechanical part including pneumatic element, electric element and stepping motor etc. are imported with original package, thus ensuring stability and reliability of equipment operation. Gaiting length, shed shape and size of sample loom are proportionally contracted and enlarged with new type rapier loom to ensure that warp tension and extensibility of sample loom are in conformity with rapier loom,
moreover, same adjustment mode of looming technical parameters as that of new type rapier loom is used in this sample loom, so quality of sample is controlled more precisely. Compared with traditional semi-automatic sampler, this sampler can improve sample efficiency, besides, it fully solves difference between sample and bulk order products and sample difficulty of fabric including multiple heald frame and double circulation etc. in the past.
Using limit
Customer should prepare a stable air compressor (5.5~6.5bar (kgw/sq-cm)) with capacity no less than 580 kiloliter.
We equipped a 1KW UPS already to avoid damage machine when power interrupt

When you start up the sampler on human-computer interface, sampler will carry out shed action of the first shuttle to clear residual weft on wefting path, then, sampler will successively carry out such actions as shedding, wefting, color-selecting, weft-shearing , beating-up and taking-up.
There are 12 function buttons in operation panel of SGA598 model full automatic rapier sampler (as the picture 2-1 shown), among which, slow motion is divided into single and circulation, pick-finding is divided into up and down, taking-up/letting-off motor control is divided into forward and backward. Functions of each control button are detailed as below:
1) Main switch of power supply: it is a green button situated on top right corner of panel, if power is on, the computer will be started up, besides, all power-driven equipments are in preparation status.
2) Working/preparation switch: it is a two-stroke switch situated on lower left corner of panel. When the button is rotated to preparation status, other buttons can’t act except forth button, taking-up/letting-off button and back button on top of panel.
Slow motion: it is divided into single button and circulation button
Single button: situated on lower right square frame of panel. When sampler is in stop status, once push this button, sampler will carry out next action.
Circulation button: situated on lower right square frame of panel. When sampler is in stop status, once push this button, sampler will carry out circulating action once.
3) Pick-finding: it is divided into up button and down button, which can realize forward and backward pick finding.

Up button: situated on left square frame of panel. When sampler is in stop status, once push this button, corresponding overall width heald frame of sampler will be back to next shuttle status.
Down button: situated on left square frame of panel. When sampler is in stop status, once push this button, corresponding overall width heald frame of sampler will be back to last shuttle status.
5) Taking-up/letting-off: it is divided into forward button, taking-up/letting-off two-grade switch and backward button.
Forward button: situated in top middle position of panel. When sampler is in preparation status, select taking-up/letting off two-grade switch as taking-up or letting-off, once push this button , taking-up or letting-off shaft of sampler will corotate once.
Backward button: situated in top middle position of panel. When sampler is in preparation status, select taking-up/letting off two-grade switch as taking-up or letting-off, once push this button, taking-up or letting-off shaft of sampler will reverse by one time.
6) Running button: they are blue buttons side by side situated on middle of panel. When sampler is in stop status and finished last circulation, push two buttons at the same time, sampler will operate at once.
7) Stop button: it is a red button situated in lower middle position of panel. After pushing stop button, sampler is in stop status, at this time, function operations including slow motion, pick-finding and running etc. can be made.
