Please confirm whether the product is complete, no damage, and specify the location of the setting place to install correctly.
Environment:
l Please try to avoid direct sunlight
l Horizontal, no vibration, no shock
l As little dust as possible
l Temperature should be maintained at (5℃-50℃) and humidity should be controlled below 80%
Power:
l AC220V/50Hz.
l Please do not squeeze or fold the power cord
Grounding:
l The diameter of the grounding wire should not be less than 1.6mm
l Resistance grounding value: 100Ω
l Cannot be grounded: next to gas pipes and water pipes
l Connect the connectors of two parts according to corresponding marking label.
l Gas connection of device: The compressed gas is directly connected to the inlet position of the equipment, and the inlet air source is compressed nitrogen (N2). After passing through the pressure reducing valve of the equipment, the working pressure is 0-0.5Mpa.
l The power system must be reliably grounded;
l Please do not modify or repair without permission of the competent authority. If any safety accident occurs after modification or repair without permission, the company will not be responsible.
l Please cut off the power when not in use for a long time, but long-term placement will be moldy and cause failure, so it is recommended to run once a month;
l Please cut off the power when cleaning the equipment
l For safety, please use under proper environment. Please keep hands dry during operation, otherwise contact may lead to electric shock;
l Do not use in explosive, flammable gas, corrosive environment, places easily stained with water or around flammable materials;
l Avoid continuous vibration and excessive impact;
l When the motor is in normal operation, sometimes the temperature on the surface of the motor shell may exceed 70℃, therefore, if the motor may be touched, please attach the warning sign as shown in the following figure.
l Installation, connection, inspection and other operations must be carried out by professional and technical personnel.
l The equipment shall be appraised once a year;
l Please check and clean irregularly to ensure the cleanliness of the equipment.
l Please do not leave waste on the equipment;
l If the equipment fails, please contact us in time. We will respond and assist in the shortest possible time.
l Spinneret removal: Empty sink before removing spinneret;
l Please do not place your hand on the moving part
l Please do not move up or down or touch the heating parts after the equipment has started heating.
Physical protection:
l Gloves(self-provided): Spinneret, upper kettle cover, spinneret mounting flange will have a high temperature during the use process. If you need to remove the kettle cover or spinneret under high temperature conditions, it is best to wear welder's heat resistant gloves. Please do not use wet gloves.
l Do not touch the winding group when it is rotating
l Eyes protector(self-provided): To prevent eye damage caused by melt or possible foreign matter, be sure to wear goggles when opening the door.
l In the process of assembling, cleaning and handling, please handle the spinneret with care to avoid damaging the silk surface.
l The spinnerets must be wrapped individually in plastic bags and stored in dry, clean and non-corrosive gas boxes or boxes. When two or more spinnerets are stacked together; The middle should be separated by soft material.
l The spinneret will often block the spinneret hole due to impurities during use, so it should be cleaned frequently.
l The method of spinneret cleaning is mainly based on water washing to remove the impurities left on the spinneret. If you do not use it, please take good care of the spinneret to prevent contamination.
l In order to ensure the quality of the spinning, the spinneret must be subjected to a large number of tests. After each manufacturing process, the spinneret must be rigorously inspected with modern precision instruments.
