Gaiting length, shed shape and size of sample loom are proportionally contracted and enlarged with new type rapier loom to ensure that warp tension and extensibility of sample loom are in conformity with rapier loom, moreover, same adjustment mode of looming technical parameters as that of new type rapier loom is used in this sample loom, so quality of sample is controlled more precisely
These looms employ a rapier system to insert the weft yarn through the shed created by the warp threads. Our GA193-400 or GA193-600 serials sectional warping machine is composed of control part and mechanical part. Control part is controlled by inverter. Mechanical part is composed of drum drive, servo motor move ,brake device , automatic beam device, etc. The reasonable combination of above two parts enables the single yarn winder on the drum according to design.
Drum drive: Drum drive is made of lightweight aluminum, the structure is simple and light, and it is driven by motor through connect belt.
Servo move: Use of profiles and linear guide, the yarn arrangement precise is controlled by servo motor.
Brake device: The brake is effect through the steel belt controlled air cylinder
Automatic beam device: The beam is driven by motor, adjustable width, reliable and flexible and lightweight.

Control the sizing speed with singe spindle transducer and measure the length and speed with the electronic meter; ② Control the temperature in dryer stove with temperature thermostat, temperature controller, pneumatic steam stop valve (heated by steam),and solid-state relay (heated by electricity) in a closed loop.
Sizing system:The yarn unwinding down from the reel will go into the sizing trough through the yarn-guiding ceramic foot, tension adjuster, yarn-guiding hook and yarn-guiding ceramic roller, and then it goes into the dryer stove.
Drying system
Operating principle (below drawing): The hot air circulation blower will blow the air to the heater (either by steaming or electrical-heating) and then to the dryer stove. The hot humid air produced in the dryer stove will go into the hot air circulation blower through the hot air return pipe, with the humid air being discharged. In this way, the hot air circulation is completed to reach the purpose of yarn drying.
