1. For the DW7020H (Drawing Frame),could you please provide the following information:
Whether the machine has automatic stop motion in the creel section and automatic piecing (joining broken ends) during a break.
If fault detection is integrated during sliver output.
The surface type of the bottom rollers (whether the flutes are straight, inclined/spiral, or knurled).
The material and Shore hardness of the top rollers.
The maximum speed of the drafting rollers, as it influences the range of sliver hank production.
The sliver speed in m/min
Whether the distance between the drafting rollers (settings) is adjustable via PLC or manually.
The maximum production speed of the machine.
The durability and expected lifetime of the machine.
2. For the DW7030H (Speed Frame), I would like to know:
The surface type of the bottom rollers (whether the flutes are straight, inclined/spiral, or knurled).
The material and Shore hardness of the top rollers.
The maximum speed of the drafting rollers.
The material and thickness of the aprons, as well as the length of the upper and lower aprons.
The size of the condenser, spacer, and cradle length.
Whether fault detection and automatic piecing are integrated.
The maximum flyer speed and spindle gauge.
Whether the distance between the drafting rollers (settings) can be adjusted via PLC or manually.
The possible twist direction.
The durability and expected lifetime of the machine.
3. Regarding the DW7040H (Spinning Frame) , could you kindly provide details on:
The surface type of the bottom rollers (whether the flutes are straight, inclined/spiral, or knurled).
The material and Shore hardness of the top rollers.
The maximum speed of the drafting rollers.
The material and thickness of the aprons, and the length of the upper and lower aprons.
The size of the condenser, spacer, and cradle length.
Whether fault detection and automatic piecing are integrated.
The type, material, and diameter of the ring.
The type, material, size, and speed of the traveller.
Whether a balloon control ring is present.
The bobbin length, material, and maximum winding speed.
Whether the distance between the drafting rollers (settings) is adjustable via PLC or manually.
The durability and expected lifetime of the machine.
Additionally, regarding compact spinning, by this I mean adjustment in the drafting unit that helps to minimize the spinning triangle. Could you say whether the compact spinning unit can be added as an attachment to the ring frame, allowing for installation or removal within the drafting system as needed?
And finally, the availability of spare parts for all machines?
I appreciate your continued support and guidance.
