APPLICATION:
DW7040M Small Yarn Spinning Machine Digital Wool Ring Spinning Machine
is used to spin roving to be spun yarn through drafting and ring spinning.
Digital Wool Ring Spinning Machine is the ideal system for teaching, researching etc.

The intelligent proofing machine adopts PLC control, the spindle and negative pressure fan motor adopts inverter control, and the power supply voltage is AC 380V. The salient features of this machine are front, middle and rear rollers, forming motors that are controlled separately, using a servo motor and driven by a driver.
The power supply voltage of the front, middle and rear rollers, and forming motor drivers is AC 220V.
After startup, the PLC controls the spindle motor to run by the inverter according to the parameters set on the touch screen. At the same time, the PLC sends instructions to drive the front, middle and rear rollers,
