Torque Rheometer with Twin Screw Extruder Machine for plastic and Rubber Analysis DW5300B
is ideal equipment for research of polymer material’s flow and deformation, plasticizing, hot shear stability,
dynamic rheological properties, plasticizing behavior and will result in torque - time and torque - temperature in the form of charts.
Torque Rheometer can also be used to study the mixing of multi-component materials, crosslinking curing of thermosetting resins, vulcanization of elastomers, dynamic stability of materials and effect of screw speed on the processing performance of the system, etc.
Mixing and extrusion processes are simulated in the laboratory, and a series of data can be obtained to guide the research and production of the formula in reality. The rheological properties of materials can be measured continuously, accurately and reliably under conditions similar to actual processing.
