DW9410 SATRA TM25 ISO 4643 Upper Material Flexing Tester is used to assess the tendency of all type of shoe upper materials such as leather, plastic-coated fabric and upholstery coverings to crack or break as a result of flexing in wear.
Double crease similar to those formed in the upper of a boot during wear are generated repeatedly in specimens until cracking is observed or until the specimens survive a specified number of flexure cycles.

FEATURES:
1. The distance between each pair of clamps can be adjusted slowly by pressing the inching button, convenient for loading specimens;
2.Distance marker is fixed on the machine to intuitively show the distance between each pair of clamps, improving work efficiency;
3. Counter with 6-digit LCD digital display, easy to preset the specified number of flexing cycles. Automatic stop and alarm when the preset number of cycles has been reached;
4. Safety protection: The machine can’t be started when the transparent shield is opened, in order to ensure the safety of operation.
