Fully Automatic Single Yarn Strength Tester YG023B-III is used to determine the breaking load and extension of single yarns. Automatically operated with pneumatic clamp, provided with extension scale graduated in 0.1mm and percentage of standard test length of 100~500mm.

1. Single-chip machine, more excellent anti-jamming, more excellent stability, more rapid data transference speed;
2. Precision DC servo motor and driver system, adopts PID control technology, low noise, stable running, and realize fully digital speed control and preset elongation speed continually;
3. Simple control panel design, full-automatic design, controlled by PC directly.
4. Besides automatic operating method, it can be operated manually, with manual test function to make adjustment easier;
5. Pneumatic clamp and can suck waste yarn automatically to reduce the burden of operator;
6. Dynamic data sampling more than 1000Hz, most precisely to catch peak value and show property of textile material;
7. Able to preset tensile force or extension;
8. Software can online display of on-going test data (Like mean square value, average, max, min, etc.), shows the statistic value of broking strength, elongation rate, yield strength, yield elongation, rupture elongation and CV value;
9 Report diagrams can be handled by computer or printed out from printer;
