Yarn Fault Classifying System of Yarn Testing Instruments YG074 is a kind of testing instrument
used to detect the seldom-occurring faults and their distribution.
Function of YG074 Main functions of this instrument:
Analyzing the seldom-occurring yarn faults and measuring the number of yarn faults of each grade.
Adopting CAN bus control system, the testing system is stable, reliable and better anti- interferential.
Each testing unit has the function of self calibration and start-stop of a single spindle.
Scatter Diagram shows the distribution of yarn faults to instruct the parameter setting of yarn clearers.
It has a particular function of cutting yarn faults, conveniently analyzing the formation of yarn faults.
Set the clearing channel, which can be used as a yarn clearer.

Noted : Yarn Fault Classifying System requires winding machines as its driving equipment to guide the yarn through the testing groove to finish the test.
l When installing, install the winding machine first, and pile foundations can be stroke first if it is permitted.
Then install yarn-advancing groove and amplifier unit on the winding machine. l Detach the six original tension shelves, and replace them with wax-coating shelves.
Fix the six detector heads on the wax-coating shelves. And then insert the plug into the corresponding socket in the yarn-advancing groove. l Place the power supply on the platform over the head of winding machine.
Try to install IPC at a place away from dust and vibration. The distance between the power supply and IPC should be within six meters.
Connect the amplifier unit and the computer with CAN communication cable, and connect the amplifier unit and power supply with cable.
Make sure that the shells of the computer, power supply and the amplifier control unit as well as the winding machine are Manual for Model YG074 Page 43 of 50 connected to the ground.
l Connect the printer to the computer monitor with printing cable, and connect the mouse, keyboard and display directly to the computer. l Connect the computer monitor, display device and printer with power line and then connect the line to the multi-functional socket. The power supply of the yarn fault classification testing instrument is 220V alternating current, and that of the winding machine is 380V alternating current.
Do not mix these two in order to keep the equipment from damage.
