APPLICATION:
EN143 EN149 Filter Mechanical Strength Tester DW0510 is used for the mechanical strength treatment of filters. After subjected to the mechanical strength test, the filters can be used for subsequent performance testing such as breath resistance test or filter penetration test. The tester is suitable for mask and respirator production enterprises, quality supervision department and research and development institution, etc.

Features:
1. The Mechanical Strength Tester mainly consists of a steel case for placing filters, a steel plate, a cam and drive, control system, etc.;
2. The steel case is fixed on a vertically moving piston, capable of being lifted up 20mm by a rotating cam and dropping onto a steel plate under its own mass as the cam rotates;
3.The weight of the steel plate onto which the steel case falls is at least 10 times the weight of the steel case;
4. The filters can be placed on their sides in the steel case so that they do not touch each other during the test, allowing 6mm horizontal movement and free vertical movement.
5.Touch screen operation, easy and convenient to use;
6. Real-time display test status;
7. Adopt AC motor, the speed is accurate;
8. Adopt 32-bit ARM processor, achieves accurate control.
