APPLICATION
Mini Melt Spinning Line DW7090T is a benchtop scale melt spinning machine for making
various polymer-based composite fiber at micron or nanometer diameter. It can be used for
monofilament by using single-hole spinneret or used for multifilament spinning by using multi-hole
spinneret. This mini melt spinning line mainly consists of mini twin-screw extruder with two quantitative feeding devices, spinneret, air duct, unidirectional drawing machine and winding machine.
FEATURES
With less raw material and low energy consumption, it’s suitable for experimental research of various thermoplastic polymer materials, such as polyimide, PEEK, polyphenylene sulfide, PLA, PA, polycarbonate, etc., or add magnetic powder, ceramic powder, graphene, PTFE powder, metal powder, short glass fiber (powder level can reach nanometer level).
Easy to operate, good plasticizing performance, super uniform dispersion, can perform cycle or continuous extrusion.
The machine barrel can be opened, and the screw is detachable, which is convenient for cleaning.
Household electricity 220V, heating speed is fast.
Two frequency control quantitative feeding devices are equipped to realize precise dosing, suitable for feeding granule material, micron and nanometer level powder material.
Adopts double feeding holes with double feeding devices, so that the effect of precision dosing can be achieved when add other auxiliary materials into the high polymer material without pre-mixing.
4 temperature control zones, instrument temperature control, temperature control range 0~450°C.
The cavity of machine barrel has nitrogen protection device. Optional vacuum exhaust function.
Small occupancy area, can be used on laboratory table or fume hood.
l The experiment time is short. In more than ten minutes, the whole process can be completed from melting, polymerization, extrusion to injection molding. It saves researchers a lot of valuable time.
