APPLICATION
Twin Screw Melt Spinning Machine DW7090D is designed for laboratory use to make small amounts
of component fiber from small amounts of polymer by melting method. It is also ideal for simulating
site production in small batch production trials.
This Twin Screw Melt Spinning Machine of equipment is designed according to the user's
equirements based on the melt spinningprocess. It is used for polyester, polyamide and
polypropylene fiber melt composite spinning,
drawing and winding into cylindrical filament. This Carbon Fiber melt spinning machineis an ideal
melt spinning testing machine for chemical fiber factories and scientific research institutes.
This machine can spin udy or FDY melt Spinning .
FEATURES:
1. It is suitable for PP, PA, PET, PAN, etc. min. sample dosage is 400g;
2. It consists of hopper, extruder system, metering pump, heating godet system, air-cooling system, fiber oiling system, winding system, control part, etc.;
3. Water-cooling at feeding opening;
4. Metering pump is driven by gear motor with frequency converter;
5. Melting material is controlled by pressure sensor and temperature sensor;
6. Electric heating system;
7. Air-cooling system with air filter;
l Chromium plating and polishing electric heating godet.
