APPLICATION
Peroxidation Furnace PF400 is mainly used for the oxidation experiment of materials in the
laboratory. It’s suitable for PAN-based, asphalt-based, viscose-based carbon fiber and felt materials.
400 Preoxidation furnace is divided into two parts; preheating chamber and oxidation furnace.
The air passes through the adjustable flow meter and enters the preheating chamber for preheating
quantitatively. The preheating chamber is filled with high-temperature materials to make the incoming
air more dispersed and heated more evenly. The preheated air passes through the gas distribution plate
and enters the oxidation furnace evenly, so that the oxidized materials are sufficiently oxidized with
the air in the oxidation furnace.
Preheating temperature is adjustable from room temperature to 250℃, the highest temperature in
the working section can be 400℃.
FEATURES:
1. All-in-one structure, clean appearance, covering small area.
2.The case is made of plastic-sprayed steel plate; the placing rack and the cover of oxidation
furnace are made of stainless steel.
3.The preheating chamber adopts independent PID constant temperature control.
4. Oxidation furnace adopts two segments of independent PID temperature control to ensure temperature accuracy and temperature stability.
5. High-temperature materials in preheating chamber ensure the gas can be fully preheated.
6. Multi-layer vented material placing rack ensures the material on each layer can be fully oxidized.
7. Adopting lightweight heat insulation material.
