APPLICATION:
CFL2000 Carbon Fiber Loom is mainly used to weave all kinds of fabrics with GSM 200~600. The equipment is composed by creels, loom calender, modified loom with special rapier, etc. A positively controlled rapier head pulls the weft CF into the open weaving shed. The warp CF is provided from a creel. The weft tapes are inserted without twist by means of the Zero Twist Feeder. Finally, the finished fabric is wound up either inside the machine or with an external winder. Further processing made easy: high-quality CF fabrics
FEATURES:
Rapier loom electronic control system is developed by our company's technical staff on the basis of many years engaged in the development and production of loom electronic control system on the basis of full use of today's advanced microelectronic technology and microcomputer technology, the use of high-grade programmable controller, with touch panel, so that the control level of the whole electronic control system has been greatly improved. It has the advantages of simple process, high stability, strong anti-interference ability, low failure rate and convenient maintenance, which reflects the development direction of today's domestic spinning machine control technology.
Drive the main motor; Driven by AC contactor, motor voltage is 3 phase, 380V, capacity is 5.5KW.
Weft feeder power supply: It is directly provided, the weft feeder voltage is 3 phase, 380V, can drive up to 8 weft feeders, the capacity can reach 1KW.
Clutch high voltage drive: the main clutch, the slow clutch usually working voltage is 24V, for fast and reliable into the working state, the initial action to be instant high voltage.
