APPLICATION:
DW598T Series Towel Rapier Sample Loom is used for sample weaving of various towels.
It is widely used in weaving mills, scientific research units, textile institutes and foreign trade companies, etc.
FEATURES of Towel Rapier Sample Loom DW598:
1. Machine consists of control part (computerized control platform) and mechanical part (loom);
2. Weft inserting with rigid rapier, It is suitable for cotton, terylene/cotton, chemical fiber and other fabrics;
3. Machine with imported pneumatic control element.
It can control 20pcs heald frame at most and easy to mount and dismount heald frame
4. Heald frame adopts die drawing aluminum alloy profile, Machine with hard oxidation wear-resisting treatment;
5. Machine with Electronic control take-up mechanism driving by imported stepper motor and reducer,
6. Stepper motor driving let-off device, automatically adjust warp tension.
