APPLICATION:
Single End Warping Machine FYI GA193-GA193-1000 is used for automatic
warping of product sample, weaving sample and small batch fabrics for testing.
It is suitable for textile lab to research and develop samples, and also widely used in many industries for sample making and product development, such as wool spinning, cotton spinning, chemical fiber, silk, towel, home textiles, etc.
FEATURES:
FEATURES OF Single End Warping Machine:
1.The displacement accuracy of the yarn in the warping process reaches 0.01mm.
2.The color selection of warp yarn is rapid and effective.
3.There are yarn break detection and warp error detection.
4. It can realize automatic leasing function of one up and one down and two up and two down, which is convenient for healding and connecting.
2.SMC (Japan) rotating air cylinder is used for color selection to ensure change the yarn accurately and
reliably;
3.AC frequency converter is used for the winding of warp, online detect winding speed;
4. The lease of warp adopts modular design, stable and reliable structure;
5. Frequency converter controls beaming mechanism, constant winding speed while beaming;
6.Adopts pneumatic pressuring damping structure to get even yarn tension;
7. Creel adopts air pressure blowing structure, avoid the tension relaxation of warp while changing
the yarn;
8. Warp break automatic stop and double winding automatic stop.
Electrical wiring must follow regulations as below:
· In order to ensure safety, once the wiring specifications is selected, please follow the electrical wiring
regulations to implement;
· The machine must be separately grounded. It is best not to ground with other equipment.
(We recommend using two metal rods about 2 meters that 2.5meters far away hit into the ground,
who’s upper connected with a wire and then connected to the ground terminal of the machine.
