APPLICATION:
High-speed Automatic Wrap Sampling Machine GA193-2200 is designed and developed to meet
the increasing requirements of products on sampling. It is widely used in the sampling in the industries
including wool spinning, cotton spinning, chemical fiber, colored woven and natural silk, etc.
It is equipped with a rotational creel and push-sampling device, precise displacement measuring device
and precise pneumatic components to shorten the sampling time and to lengthen and widen samples.
As the textile develops in the direction of small quantity, diverse kind and prompt delivery,
FEATURES:
1. PLC, rotary encoder and servo motor closed loop online detects yarn displacement
2. in the warping process, ensure the accuracy of warp displacement is up to 0.01mm;
2.SMC (Japan) rotating air cylinder is used for color selection to ensure change the yarn accurately and
reliably;
3.AC frequency converter is used for the winding of warp, online detect winding speed;
4. The lease of warp adopts modular design, stable and reliable structure;
5. Frequency converter controls beaming mechanism, constant winding speed while beaming;
6.Adopts pneumatic pressuring damping structure to get even yarn tension;
7. Creel adopts air pressure blowing structure, avoid the tension relaxation of warp while changing
the yarn;
8. Warp break automatic stop and double winding automatic stop.
