APPLICATION:
Lab Scale Semi-Automatic Sample Shuttle Loom DW298 is used for sample weaving of all kinds of fabrics,
such as cotton, hair, jute, silk, chemical fiber, blending, etc.
It consists of shedding mechanism, weft insertion mechanism, beating-up mechanism,
take-up mechanism, let-off mechanism, weft selection mechanism, electrical control mechanism, etc.
It is widely used in weaving mills, Scientific research units, textile institutes and foreign trade companies, etc.

This Sample Shuttle Loom is used for test weaving fabric sample of cotton, wool, silk, hemp and chemical fibre in such units as weaving mill, scientific research institution, textile institute and foreign trade company etc.
FEATURES OF Lab Scale Semi-Automatic Sample Shuttle Loom :
1. Integrally welded by seamless rectangular steel pipe, reasonable construction and good rigidity;
2. Outer surface treated by baking varnish, good brightness and nice appearance;
3. Adopting pneumatic shedding mechanism to avoid the disadvantage of easy to wear for traditional peg mechanical structure;
4. Stable operation, low noise and high reliability;
5. PLC control touch screen, storing 5pcs of pattern cards and 1000 lines reachable for each pattern card;

NOTED : Gaiting length, shed shape and size of DW298 is proportionally contracted and enlarged with new type rapier loom to ensure that warp tension and extensibility of sample loom is conformity with rapier loom, moreover, adjustment modes of many same looming technical parameters of new type rapier loom are used in this sampling loom, so quality of sample is controlled more precisely.
