APPLICATION:
Fiber Thermal Shrinkage Tester XH-1A or XH-1 is used to conduct the thermal shrinkage test of synthetic
staple fibers, e.g. polyester fiber, nylon fiber, polypropylene fiber and so on. It measures the length of each
fiber on the sample cylinder with a camera, obtains the change of fiber length before and after it is thermally treated, and then automatically calculates the average thermal shrinkage and CV of the fibers. The testing process is monitored by a computer and the testing data are displayed automatically.
XH-1A is the upgraded version of XH-1, adopting optimized structure design and high precision components, can complete sample heating and testing automatically.
FEATURES:
1.Finely constructed with high automation to reduce the repetitive manual labor and improve the efficiency;
2. Equipped with one revolving plate, convenient to put specimen on the sample cylinder;
3. The software design is straightforward. The test report can be printed directly, or can be exported into EXCEL format, convenient for operation.
4. The results are precise and reproducible;
5. High precision components for XH-1A, including precision ball screw, precision sensor, built-in industrial video camera, mechanical hand that can move up, down, left and right, built-in precision oven, etc.;
6. The tension clamp can be customized to provide suitable pre-tension.
