APPLICATION:
YG041 Raw Cotton Trash Analyzer is used to determine the amount of the impurity of raw cotton, cotton rolls, and chemical fiber defect.
This Raw Cotton Analyser mostly consist of wallboard, feed device, cubing rolls, fan, gear and other components. The whole machine and the gear, the motor and other components are in encloser.
Feed cotton device is separately drived by low-speed motor and control the speed of feed cotton by universal switch.
Lighting is installed above impurity box in machine. On control panel, red button expresses stop and green button expresses start.
FEATURES:
1. Feed roller is controlled by special slow motor driver, feeding speed is adjustable;
2. Euipped with lighting fixture;
3. The whole body is metal structure, sturdy and durable;
