APPLICATION:
12 cups 24 cups normal temperature sample oscillating dyeing machine AS-12/AS-24
is a normal temperature oscillation type small size dyeing machine, used for simulating the dyeing in actual production process.It can perform evenly mixing of the recipes simultaneously, so that allows more spare time
of the operator to increase efficiency.
FEATURE:
1. Stainless steel construction.
2. Reliable dyeing controller to control the entire heating curve. Set temperature, heating rate, holding time are all digital display, and have tracking alarm function.
3.The drive system adopts a new type crank train, which can avoid excessive noise caused by the linear movement of the beaker holder.
4. Programmable controller is able to edit and store up to 10 (0~9) programmable process curves and 10 (0~9) steps per curve. The user can edit heating rate and holding time, etc.
5. PT100 temperature sensor, high-accuracy temperature control.
6. Stepless speed regulating motor, precise transmission, stable and reliable operation.
7. Fitted with high quality stainless heating tube for long service life.
8. Highly elastic stainless spring grid can contain 12/24 pcs 250ml conical flasks.
