Set all kinds of dosing models in one, fast speed
1 Dual-robotic arm design
The robotic arm places the solution bottles on the balance and saves time by grabbing the next desired solution bottle during the dosing process.
2 Dual-turntable, four-balance design
Four solutions are dosed simultaneously for fast speed. The four-balance design also prevents the situation of a single balance failure and the whole machine stops.
User-friendly software design
1 Mother liquor management function
This machine adopts the method of placing the solution bottle on the balance and measuring the loss in weight, so it can automatically and accurately record the remaining amount of mother liquor. The user can know the priority order of making mother liquor. And there is a mother liquor expiration reminder function, easy to manage.
2 Support recipe dosing more than 140 bottles
The software will remind the user to put the additional bottles by manual when there are more than 140 bottles of recipes.
3 Automatic calibration on four balances
Automatic interactive detection of four balances. All balances can be calibrated automatically when the machine is not dosing.
4 After the dosing is completed, the real formula is directly fed back to ensure that the formula is 100% accurate.
