Lab Pad Steam Range HLD3643 Used In The Laboratory,
Serving The Textile And Dyeing Industry . It is suitable for dyeing samples with reducing dyes.
After being compressed and sucked, the sample fabric quickly enters the steamer, reducing the time it stays
in the air and avoiding oxidation changes in the air, fully reflecting the true value of reducing dyes.
PAD-STEAM RANGE is suitable for rolling, dyeing, sizing and steaming and fixing test and production
of joint dyeing engineering. It can minimize the oxidation or reduction influence of some dyes before steaming,
and complete continuous pressing and steaming at one time, especially suitable for the dyeing process of vat dyes.

2. The guide cloth roller is made of high-quality stainless steel, Teflon processing, easy and fast cleaning.
3. Large section film cylinder, strong anti-guide rail friction, automatic reset when power off, easy to adjust.
4.High quality nitrile rubber roller, good elasticity and long service life.
5. Frequency conversion speed control automatically set the time passing through the steamer, complete continuous pressing and steaming at one time, which can avoid the influence of air redox.
