APPLICATION:
Laboratory Continuous Stenter Fabric Sample Small Textile Stenter Machine CS-3642
is a laboratory apparatus used to imitate the drying process after dyeing in plants.
It can also be used to perform baking and fixing test after resin hot melting dyeing.
In this way, the ingredient and process conditions are studied and hand feeling of textile
the degree of dye color, color fastness and related important quality are tested and smooth
and correct product organization model are achieved.
The whole machine is made of high quality stainless steel, corrosion resistance, easy to clean and beautiful.

2. Two temperature controllers to separately set and control temperature in front and back boxes;
3. Hot-air cycle; blower is equipped with imported motor specially treated to resist high temperature;
4.Symmetric alternating structure of air channel to uniform the distribution of hot air;
5. Auto temperature-controlling system of digital P.I.D temperature controller, stable to control temperature and accurate;
6. Needle plate with chain and sample width auto adjustment device, applicable to samples of 160~330mm in width;
7.Frequency-convertor to control the speed with 0~6m/min;
8.Bristle wheel to feed fabric and auto device to unload;
