APPLICATION:
Notched Constant Tensile Load Tester DW1441
is also named ASTM D5397-99 Enviromental Stress-cracking Tester
It is used to evaluate the stress crack resistance of test specimens by notched constant tensile load test. Dumbbell shaped notched test specimens from a polyolefin geomembrane sheet are subjected to a constant tensile load in the present of a surface-active agent and at an elevated temperature.
FEATURES:
1.Simplified structure, perfect modern design, stable performance, high level of automation;
2. 30 working positions, each position is timed separately, support 10 groups of tests under 20%~65% yield stress. The load weight of each group is automatically calculated;
3. LCD display, touch screen operation, easy and convenient when operates;
4. Adopt constant temperature bath technology, PID automatic temperature control;
5. Equipped with professional control program to calculate the load weight, simplify the operation;
6. Low water level alarm, real-time monitoring the water level;
7. Simultaneous loading system, reduce the test result error caused by loading specimen;
8. Equipped with sampling mold, easy to produce the specimen;
9. Solution internal recycle system, keep the temperature evenness;
10. Power-off restart and data protection technology, ensure operator’s safety and test continuity.
