APPLICATION:
Moisture Management Tester DW260A is developed to measure the liquid moisture management properties of knitted and woven fabrics.
Fabric liquid moisture transport properties in multi-dimensions, called liquid moisture management properties, influence the comfort of consumer’s clothing significantly, especially in sportswear.

TEST PRINCIPLE:
The TESTER consists of upper and lower concentric moisture sensors. The specimen is held flat under fixed pressure between the sensors while standard test solution is introduced on to the top surface of the specimen. Electrical resistance changes between the upper and lower sensors are then recorded dynamically on computer.
The TESTER permits the measurement of the following indexes:
1. Wetting Time Top/Bottom (WTT/WTB)
2. Absorption Rate Top/Bottom (TAR/BAR)
3. Maximum Wetted Radius Top/Bottom (MWRT/MWRB)
4. Spreading Speed Top/Bottom (TSS/BSS)
5. Accumulative One-Way Transport Capacity (R)
6. Overall Moisture Management Capacity (OMMC)
FEATURE:
1. All-metal shell, with good anti-interference ability;
2. Automatic control system starts testing, stopping and calculating all the indexes;
3. Built-in pressure measuring device ensures exact pressure loaded on the tested specimen;
4. Steady pumping system, volume of liquid can be adjusted by the software;
5. Reverse pumping function prevents brine crystallization from plugging the pipeline.
