APPLICATION:
ASTM D3885 D3886 Fabric Universal Wear Tester stoll quartermaster DW5430 is used to determine the wear and abrasion resistance of various fabrics, such as clothing, footwear, and other industrial textiles.
It’s suitable for abrasion resistance tests by various methods, such as flexing and abrasion method, inflated diaphragm method, etc. and color change tests due to flat abrasion by screen wire method and emery method. It’s also suitable for surface pilling resistance test of textile fabrics.

FEATURE:
1.Digital controls for accurate cycle counting and timing;
2. The digital counter either counts the number of abrasion cycles to specimen rupture or can be preset for automatic shutoff without specimen failure;
3.The user can preset the timer for accurate control of test time while simultaneously counting the number of abrasion cycles;
4. Optional accessories are available for conducting flat abrasion (frosting), pilling, flexing and abrasion, inflated diaphragm abrasion and fold abrasion;
5. Touch screen control and display for DW5430T.
