APPLICATION:
Evaluation Softness and Stiffness Fabric Touch Tester DW262 , measures skin touch properties of textile materials by simulating hand touch fabric movements of press, pinch, knead, tensile, performing compression, bending, friction, tensile performance tests, get the indices of softness, stiffness, smoothness, and tightness, objectively evaluate the hand and touch feel of fabrics.
It can be widely used among different users such as textile trade corporation, textile dyeing and finishing enterprise, textile chemical factory, textile fabric factory, textile and garment enterprise, college and scientific research institution.
FEATURES:
Fully bionic design, visually simulate the subjective feeling process of hand to fabric. The combination of the press head and artificial fingerboard simulates the movement of the finger in contact with the textile, and the size of the press head is close to that of the human finger.
The pressure head simulates the cylindrical shape of the finger. The refined grain on the head simulates the fine lines of fingerprints;
Imported components and parts, high control accuracy, stable performance.
Online operation by connecting the fabric touch tester with PC. It’s equipped with independent test software, having rich functions in three aspects: set function, test function and inquire function.
There are built-in 3 groups of pressure heads in the test device:
1. Left press head, used for compression test;
2. Center press head, used for bending test;
3. Right press head. The center, left and right press heads cooperate to perform friction and tensile tests.
